No. s 2005 and CSC Memorandum Circular No. 16, s. 2005, and incorporated with 2017 Omnibus Rules on Appointment and Other Human Resource Actions, in addition pertinent provisions Laws and IRR/Policies, of MC 8, s. 1999 (Equal Representation of Women in the 3rd Level), RA 7192 (An act Promoting Integration of Women), RA 9710 (Magna Carta of Women), RA 7277 (Persons with Disability Act), RA 8371 (Indigenous Peoples Act) this Merit Selection Plan (MSP)is hereby established for the guidance of all concerned.
