On December 23, 2024, the Municipality of Kitaotao proudly launched its first official tourism promotional video, titled “KitaKitz Kitaotao: Palanggaon Ko Ikaw,” on YouTube. The following day, the video premiered on Facebook, reaching a wider audience and captivating viewers with the breathtaking beauty, vibrant culture, and unique attractions of Southern Bukidnon.

The creation of this milestone project was no easy feat. The process of filming, in collaboration with the talented Alrex Omandam Films, was a journey filled with challenges, including unpredictable weather that added extra complexity to outdoor shoots. Despite these hurdles, the team’s determination and passion ensured that the project not only met but exceeded expectations.

A Song for the Soul

At the heart of the promotional video is its official song, Palanggaon Ko Ikaw, a heartfelt tribute to the charm and allure of Kitaotao. The song, crafted by the talented duo Emar Vince Lauron Oliveros and Lara Sheina Plazos Laping, captures the essence of the municipality’s natural wonders and cultural pride.
