Day 1 A Technical session – a Executive Legislative agenda (ELA ) AND DILG Issuance and updates in the afternoon FY 2026 Budget preparation Guidelines and Local Government Support Fund-Financial Assitance to LGU’S guidelines.
Day 2 A Salient Features of new Barangay Budget Operations Manual, in the afternoon the New Government Procurement act (RA 12009) and it’s IRR
Day 3 Tackle also the Civil Service Commission updates and the Revised manual on the disposal of Government.
Throughout the convention, all relevant updates, technical guidance, and policy directions were thoroughly tackled—empowering local budget officers with the knowledge and tools essential for strong, transparent, and accountable local governance. From the formulation of the Executive-Legislative Agenda (ELA) to the latest issuances from the DILG and comprehensive discussions on the FY 2026 Budget Preparation Guidelines and Local Government Support Fund (LGSF-FA), the sessions reinforced the vital role of effective budgeting in driving development outcomes at the grassroots level.
